Senior DevOps Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a Senior DevOps Engineer to work on a cutting-edge AI product for a business disrupting a multi-billion dollar industry. You will be working within a strong team of cloud engineers solving complex problems and developing new products for the overall platform.

The right candidate will be interested in new technologies and driven to complete business goals as equity is offered in this role. You will have ownership of the cloud platform and work closely with the VP of Engineering to make the businesses vision, a reality.

Currently, they are in the process of building a new, more versatile and scalable platform based on microservices and message-based communication, building on top of technologies such as Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, Redis and Elasticsearch.

Skills required include:

• Practical experience migrating monolithic architectures to use discrete micro-services
• Knowledge of Distributed Systems
• Kubernetes experience
• Familiarity with at least one or more of the following languages: Node.js, Python, Java, C++
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines
• AWS cert is a plus
• Positive attitude to the industry and investing in your own career
